  Won't stay there again.
I stayed at the River Palms with my son for 3 days in April, 2006. It's not an experience I care to repeat. The room was cheap, but ended up costing more than I would have paid elsewhere when I had to pay for local calls to an internet provider when I checked out. I was told on checking in that there would not be a charge for these calls.
Also, my room had a hole in the window from a bb or bullet that had not been repaired and my son found prescription drugs scattered on the floor by his bed.
I would never stay there again with my family.

How in hell can you have a hotel with out ROOM SERVICE ???? The worst employee I have ever meet. I think a smile might break there face. The bed's, did they get those out of the trash somewhere (bloodstain & broken down). never again would I stay at this 1 star hotel...

We Have gone to Laughlin for a couple times a year since 1988. We visited several places including River Palm and for the past few years settled on Riverside so my wife could play bingo and the rest of us could play slots and enjoy our time off.
We decided to try something different this year and went back to River Palm and were very pleased with the changes and friendly personnel. The bingo hall location change and the hall itself are great.
I tried to make reservations online and was a little confused so called the 800 # on web page and as it turned out was going through hotels which I did not realize until we checked in. Your registration person Ronnie was very helpful as we had 3 rooms and 2 on the 17th and one on the 24th. He checked with his boss and got us on the 17th with the rest of our party. The other 2 romms had My dad in one and mother-in law in the other and we really needed to be closer. Thanks Ronnie!!!!!
Your bingo people, floor people, food places, were great. I was playing the slots one eevning and a guy came from the offices near registration with the black suit so I stopped him shook hands and told him what a great place you have established and we will be back.
Thanks for a gret 5 days and 4 nights and we do appreciate the new River Palm.
Sincerely
Jim Nicholas
